Our general reservation condition
We require credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation. A reservation for one night will be hold on the credit card until the arrival date ans a confirmation will be sent. Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously.
Our reservation condition - Christmas and New Year Period (23.12.2011 to 08.01.2012) Upon acceptation of the offer, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be debited from a credit card or will also give the possibility to send the amount to our bank account within ten days. A confirmation will be sent. The balance of the stay will be paid upon departure.
Our general cancellation policy Cancellations until 3 days prior to arrival will not be charged.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show and anticipated departure, 100 % of the total arrangement will be charged

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
